Crazy March procurement festival just passed,Uzone sales have worked hard during the last month. There is always a top sales. In this month, Emily did the best, 4 times of her KPI has been reached. What a great job!
Emily is very effective and professional during service. Being familiar with most products and always offer the nice solutions to the customers. She deserves the flowers and gifts.
Uzone always remember and offer strong support to the staff who works hard and tries the best to achieve higher goal. Of course, for those staff who did not reach their KPI, punishment is necessary too.
In the harmonious environment,staff can feel free to develop new customers and make better sales. The group becomes better and the staff keeps improving.
